These Truffles are really rice & chocolatey in flavour.
You can roll them in anything you like.
Place the cream & chocolate into a bowl.
Heat in the microwave until the cream is just scolded.
Cover with cling film & leave for 5 mins.
Stir to combine.
Leave aside to cool then place in the fridge until cold & set.
When set roll into balls & roll in cocoa.
Place back in the fridge until needed.
