Chocolate Soufflé Cups
These are chocolate heaven.
They are runny in the center & set around the edge.
Heat oven 225 degrees.
Melt the chocolate & butter together.
Mix the sugar & eggs together until foamy.
Add the chocolate mixture, flour & cocoa to the eggs & fold through.
Pour mixture into greased cups.
Bake for 10 - 15 mins.
