This is pretty easy to make.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 75 g Caster Sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 60 g Self-Raising Flour
  • 15 g Cocoa
  • Filling

  • 100 g Chocolate Spread
  • 100 ml Double Cream Whipped

Steps (10 steps, 30 minutes)

    Heat oven 220/gas 7.

    Line a tray with baking paper.

    Whisk eggs & sugar together until thick & creamy.

    Double sift the flour & cocoa.

    Add to the egg mixture.

    Gently fold in.

    Pour into the tray.

    Bake for 8-10 mins.

    Cover a piece of baking paper with sugar.

  5. 5

    Place the baked sponge onto the sugared paper & roll up.

    Leave to cool completely.

    Gently unroll the sponge.

    Fill with chocolate & cream.

    Re-roll the sponge.

    Decorate as you like.

    Cut & serve.
