This is easy to make. You can make it a booze version by adding 3 tbsp of liquor to the mixture before step 5.

You will need

1/2 cup Sugar 3 tbsp Cocoa 1/4 cup Cornflour Pinch Salt 2 3/4 cup Milk 2 tbsp Butter Room temp 1 tsp Vanilla Sprinkles

Instructions

1. 

   In a pan sift together sugar, cocoa, corn flour & salt.

2. 

   Place pan on a medium heat & stir in the milk. Bring to the boil & stir continuously until thickened.

3. 

   Remove from the heat & stir in the butter & vanilla.

4. 

   Pour into dishes & cover with cling film. Allow to cool completely. Place in the fridge until cold & set.

5. 

   Sprinkle with white chocolate. Serve.
