This is easy to make.
You can make it a booze version by adding 3 tbsp of liquor to the mixture before step 5.
In a pan sift together sugar, cocoa, corn flour & salt.
Place pan on a medium heat & stir in the milk.
Bring to the boil & stir continuously until thickened.
Remove from the heat & stir in the butter & vanilla.
Pour into dishes & cover with cling film.
Allow to cool completely.
Place in the fridge until cold & set.
Sprinkle with white chocolate.
