Chocolate Orange Cupcakes
These are really easy & quick to make.
They taste a bit like Jaffa cakes.
Cream butter & sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add flour & baking powder.
Add orange zest.
Spoon into cupcake cases.
Bake for 15-20 mins until cooked.
Cool the cupcakes completely.
Make up the ganache.
Cut holes into the top of the cakes.
Fill the hole with the ganache.
Replace the top of the cakes.
Pipe the butter icing on top.
