These can easily be made ahead & refrigeratorated until needed.

Serve them warm with ice cream or cream.

Step 1
Melt the butter, margarine & chocolate together.

Mix in the vanilla.

Set aside to cool.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs, yolks & sugar together until pale & thick.
Step 3
Sift flour into the egg mixture.

Fold in gently.
Step 4
Add the cool chocolate mixture & fold in.
Step 5
Pour into dishes.

Put in fridge until needed or cook now.
Step 6
Heat oven 180 degrees.

Bake for 10-15 mins.
Step 7
Remove from oven & allow to sit for 1 min.
Step 8
Serve with ice cream.
