Chocolate Land Cake

Made this for a friends Birthday who asked for 'chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate'.

So its a chocolate cake filled and covered in chocolate fudge icing.
It was then covered in broken up mint Aero to give a 'grass' effect, whilst leaving a wavey line free to act as a chocolate river.
A small pile of pofiteroles covered in chocolate acted as the chocolate river spring.
M&Ms and chocolate covered pretzels were used as trees/flowers and mint matchmaker sticks were used to construct the chocolate bridge.
