Chocolate Drizzled Meringue
A good way to use up left over egg whites.
You can use any chocolate you like.
Heat oven 120 degrees.
Whisk the egg whites until frothy.
Add the cream of tartar & salt.
Add the sugar in stages.
Whisk until stiff.
Line the tray with a sprinkle of corn flour.
Place spoonfuls of the meringue onto the tray.
Bake for 1hr 15 mins.
Leave in the oven with the door open until cold.
Coat the base of the meringue.
Drizzle remaining chocolate over the meringues.
Leave to set.
