Step 1Cream butter, cream cheese & sugar together

Step 2Add egg yolk, orange juice & almond extract.
Stir through.

Step 3Combine flour, salt & baking powder.
Stir until combine.

Step 4Add 3 cups of coconut.
Stir to combine.
Place in fridge for 1/2 hour.

Step 5Heat oven 175 degrees.
Roll table spoon full of dough.
Roll in remaining coconut.

Step 6Poke hole in the ball.
Bake for 8-10 mins.

Step 7Fill hole with chocolate spread.
Allow to cool.

Step 8Serve.
The peanut butter cookies sound tasty.
