Coconut Dot Cookies
The dough needs to be refrigerated for 30 mins before baking.
Cream butter, cream cheese & sugar together
Add egg yolk, orange juice & almond extract.
Combine flour, salt & baking powder.
Stir until combine.
Add 3 cups of coconut.
Stir to combine.
Place in fridge for 1/2 hour.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Roll table spoon full of dough.
Roll in remaining coconut.
Poke hole in the ball.
Bake for 8-10 mins.
Fill hole with chocolate spread.
Allow to cool.
