Peanut Butter & Chocolate, what could go wrong?!
I was in the mood for chocolate and peanut butter (surprise, surprise), so I just mixed up some random stuff I had on hand to make these peanut butter truffles! I used a spoon to drizzle them because they look prettier with the drips on them, but you can dip these as well!
Melt chocolate on LOW heat.
Grind oats in food processor until fine-ish, then dump all ingredients (flour, ground oats, powdered sugar, honey and peanut butter) into a mixing bowl and mix as well as you can. I added a splash (not much is needed!) of almond milk to make mine a tad smoother.
Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet.
Once the chocolate is melted, drizzle with a spoon or dip.
Place in the fridge and then store in freezer bags for long term. These don't freeze solid, so you can enjoy them straight from the freezer!
