Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Mix water & cocoa together to form a thick paste.

Step 2Add all other cake ingredients together.
Mix with an electric whisk until all ingredients are combined.

Step 3Place into cases.
Bake for 12-15 mins until cooked through.

Step 4Remove from the oven & cool completely.

Step 5Decorate with icing.
