The dough must be refrigerated for at least two hours before baking.

You will need

2 oz Cocoa 8 oz Sugar 4 fl oz or 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 2 Egg(s) 1 tsp Vanilla 5 oz Plain Flour 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt 1 oz Icing Sugar

Description

The dough must be refrigerated for at least two hours before baking.

Instructions

1. 

   Whisk together the cocoa, sugar, oil eggs & vanilla.

2. 

   Mix together the flour, baking powder & salt. Gently mix wet & dry ingredients together. Refrigerate for 2 hrs.

3. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Scoop tbsp size balls from the dough. Roll in icing sugar.

4. 

   Place on a tray. Bake for 10-12 mins. Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray.

5. 

   Serve.
