Chocolate Crinkle Cookies
The dough must be refrigerated for at least two hours before baking.
Whisk together the cocoa, sugar, oil eggs & vanilla.
Mix together the flour, baking powder & salt.
Gently mix wet & dry ingredients together.
Refrigerate for 2 hrs.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Scoop tbsp size balls from the dough.
Roll in icing sugar.
Place on a tray.
Bake for 10-12 mins.
Allow to cool completely before removing from the tray.
