You will need

8 oz Butter 8 oz Sugar 4 Eggs 4 1/2 oz Self-Raising Flour 3 1/2 oz Coconut

7 oz Chocolate

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 180 degrees. Cream the butter & sugar until pale.

2. 

   Add the eggs one at a time.

3. 

   Fold in the flour & coconut.

4. 

   Place in a tin. Bake for 45 mins until cooked through.

5. 

   Remove from the oven & cool completely.

6. 

   Melt the chocolate.

7. 

   Pour over the loaf. Allow to set.

8. 

   Serve.
