Chocolate covered Coconut Cake
Nice & easy to make
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream the butter & sugar until pale.
Add the eggs one at a time.
Fold in the flour & coconut.
Place in a tin.
Bake for 45 mins until cooked through.
Remove from the oven & cool completely.
Melt the chocolate.
Pour over the loaf.
Allow to set.
