Step 1Cream together the butter & sugar.

Step 2Add the vanilla & mix through.

Step 3Add the flour.
Mix to incorporate.

Step 4Fold in the chocolate chips.

Step 5Wrap in cling film & refrigerate for an hour or two.

Step 6Heat oven 160 degrees.
Cut into slices.
Bake for 18-20 mins.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 7Melt chocolate.
Dip shortbread in to coat.
Allow to set.

Step 8Serve.
