Step 1Heat oven 175 degrees.
Mix sugars & butter together until creamy.

Step 2Add eggs, one at a time & mix thoroughly.

Step 3Add vanilla.
Mix in.

Step 4Mix in flour, baking powder, salt, Bicarb & one cup of chocolate chips.

Step 5Press half the mixture into the pan.

Step 6Top the mixture with the remaining chocolate chips.

Step 7Press the remaining oat mix on top.

Step 8Bake for approximately 25-30 mins until golden brown.

Step 9Cool in the tray before cutting into bars.
