No bake cheesecake.
Easy, no bake, chocolate cheesecake.

This cheesecake is best served the next day, (if you can wait that long).

If you have an electric hand mixer the job will be easier, but if you don't a wooden spoon will do the trick just as well.

    Step 1

    Crush the biscuits to make fine crumb.

    Melt the butter and add the crushed crumb to it.

    Mix thoroughly until the all the crumbs are coated in butter.

    Press into a 12" tin and leave to set while you make the cheese mix.

    Melt 300g of the chocolate in a bowl.

    Add the icing sugar & cheese to another bowl.

    Mix the cheese & icing sugar together until combined.

    Add the melted chocolate to the cheese mix.

    Mix together until combined.

    Add on top of the biscuit base.

    Melt the remaining 100g of chocolate.

    Pour over the top of the cheesecake & refrigerate over night.

    The cheesecake can be eaten after an hour of refrigeration but will set up better then next day.
