A chocolate cake covered in chocolate buttercream with a strawberry whipped cream filling.
My personal favorite from the three cakes tasted this weekend. Next time I'll remember to make some non-chocolate buttercream so I can color it, and not have little piles that look like you-know-what around the edge. More great icing practice, and it was truly delicious. I love baking!!
