Cute little pinwheel cookies with peanut butter dough and a chocolate swirl.
These are so simple to make and they look adorable. This recipe makes 3 logs which cut nicely into roughly 12 cookies and you can keep them in your freezer for a few months, slicing and baking whenever you need some fresh cookies... though they're unlikely to last that long!
