Chocolate & Peanut Butter Cups
These are a good dessert to make in advance.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream butter & sugar together.
Add egg & vanilla.
Mix the flour, Bicarb, salt & corn flour together.
Stir flour mixture into butter mixture.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Bake for 15-20 mins.
Remove from the oven.
Push a hole in the centre of the cookie while still hot.
Set aside to cool.
Mix the cream cheese & butter together.
Add the icing sugar.
Stir to combine.
In a bowl whip the cream to stiff peaks.
Fold the peanut butter mixture & cream together.
Pipe the filling into the holes.
Place in the fridge for atleast one hour.
