Step 1Heat oven 200 degrees.
Mix together flour, ginger, five spice, cayenne, salt & pepper.

Step 2Coat chicken with egg.

Step 3Coat chicken in flour mixture.
Place on tray.
Sprinkle with oil.
Bake for 20-30 mins until cooked through.

Step 4Sauce...
Mix all ingredients together.
Gently heat through until the sauce begins to thicken.

Step 5Pour sauce over chicken & serve.
