You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 190 degrees

Brown beef, onion & garlic.

Stir through.

Reduce heat & simmer until thickened.

Combine flour, corn meal sugar & baking powder.

Step 5Add eggs, milk & oil.
Stir to just bring together.

Step 6Add corn & cheese.
Fold through.

Pour the chilli into a dish.

Step 8Pour the cornbread mixture on top of chilli.
Bake for 25-30 mins until cooked through.

Step 9Serve with sour cream & salsa if you wish.
