You Will Need (3 things)

  • Small amounts of #1 super fine weight Cotton Yarn in 50 colors [shown in DMC Soft Cotton No. 4 (Art 89)]
  • #1 super fine weight Cotton Yarn in ivory (3.5 oz./100 g), light green (3.5 oz./100 g), and yellow (5.25 oz./150 g) (shown in DMC Fil Natura in Ivory, Bamboo, and Sunflower)
  • USC-2orD-3(3.0mm) Crochet Hook (or size needed to obtain gauge)

Steps (4 steps, 240 minutes)

    Work the motifs as shown in the diagram below, starting with a ring of 6 chs joined with a sl st.

    Make 50 motifs. For the colors used, see the table below.

    Rnd 1 ivory
    Rnds 2–3 any color
    Rnd 4 ivory
    Rnd 5 yellow
    Rnd 6 light green

  3. 3

    Assemble the motifs in 9 staggered rows of 5 or 6 motifs each with overcast stitch as shown in the diagram below.

    For the border, work 1 round of double crochet in light green and 1 round of double crochet and popcorn stitch in yellow, as shown in the diagram.
