Preparation Time: 15 min Marination Time: 2-24 hrs Cooking Time: 15 min (depends on the size of the chicken pieces and the method of cooking) I have roasted them in a pan but the authentic kebab cooking call in for a tandoor grill oven. You can also oven grill it or grill it on a stove top.

Description

Instructions

    For marination: * Ginger-Garlic Paste, 1 tblspn * Red Chilli Powder, 1 tblspn * Kasuri Methi(dried fenugreek leaves), 1 tspn * Turmeric Powder, 1 tspn * Coriander Powder, 1/2 tspn * Cumin Powder, 1 tspn * Curds, 1 Cup

    Pour all the ingredients into a container/zip-lock and mix well.

    Add the salt

    Now add the chicken and mix until well coated. Lid it and freeze. Let it marinate for at least 1 1/2 to 2.

    Heat oil in a nonstick or castiron pan

    Spread out the chicken on the pan. see that there are gaps between the pieces. Fry until both sides are seared on medium heat.

    Serve hot!
