Chicken thighs 1/2 cup Soya Sauce 1/4 cup White Vinegar 4 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Pepper 4 Bay Leaf

Moist & flavourful chicken. Easy to make with only a few ingredients.

Instructions

1. 

   Place all ingredients in a dish. Marinade for 4 hrs.

2. 

   Heat oven 190 degrees. Cover the dish & cook for 30 mins. Uncover & cook for a further 30 mins.

3. 

   Serve.
