Chicken Satay Skewers
These are easy to make & taste great.
Mix the marinade ingredients together.
Place the chicken in the marinade.
Leave for atleast 6 hrs or better over night.
Mix the sauce ingredients together.
Place the marinaded chicken onto skewers.
Line on a tray.
Heat oven 200 degrees.
Cook skewers for 10 mins then turn around & cook until chicken is cooked through, approx 10 more mins.
Brush the sauce onto the skewers & grill for a few mins until golden & sizzling.
