mmmmmmm sun dried tomato goodness
a simple 30 min idea

  • Step 1

    make the sauce

    take two spoon fulls of pesto

    a 1/2 cup of spinage

    a teaspoon of oil

    mix well

    sautee on low heat

  • Step 2

    pre heat oven to 400

    then pop the chicken fingers in

  • Step 3

    when the chicken is cooked, remove from oven

    place slice of cheese on top and place back into oven for about 5 mins or till cheese is melted

  • Step 4

    now warm up your pita

    spead your sauce on

    then your chicken finger(carefull that cheese is HOT)

    wrap it up and eat
