Chicken Paella
This is not authentic Spanish Paella, but it is a very tasty, filling dish.
It can be made in advance & reheated later.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat a pan.
Place the chicken in & cook until fully cooked through.
Remove from the pan.

Step 2Place the onion & garlic in the pan & cook gently.

Step 3Add the rice.
Stir through.

Step 4Add the pasata & cook until the pan is dry.

Step 5Add some chicken stock & peppers.
Cook until the pan is dry again.
Continue to add stock until the rice is cooked.

Step 6Add the chicken back to the pan, add peas.
Cook to heat the chicken & cook the peas.

Step 7Serve .
