You can use Apple cider instead of juice if you wish.
Heat oven 180 degrees.
Heat oil in pan.
Coat chicken in seasoned flour.
Brown the chicken in the oil.
Remove to an oven dish.
Fry onion until softened.
Pour over chicken.
Pour the apple juice into the pan, deglaze.
Add the chicken stock & heat.
Pour over the chicken & cover.
Cook for approximately 1 hr.
Fry the apples.
Add to the chicken & cook for a further 20 mins.
Remove from the oven & stir through the creme franchise.
Serve with potatoes & veg.
