This is really easy to make.
Full of creamy flavour.
You can prepare in advance & reheat when needed.
Melt butter in a pan.
Mix together the Italian herbs, chilli, paprika, garlic powder, onion salt, pepper & salt.
Coat the chicken in the herb mixture.
Fry on both sides until cooked through.
Place in a tray.
Melt a little more butter.
Gently cook the garlic until soft & fragrant.
Add the cream.
Allow to come to a simmer.
Pour over the chicken.
Serve with pasta, potatoes, rice or whatever suits you.
