Boil the chicken breasts and shred.
Make rice as directed on your package.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix cream of chicken and sour cream.
Crumble the Ritz crackers (I crumble them in the package). Put crackers in a small bowl. Add melted butter to crackers and mix with a fork.
Now layer ingredients in a glass casserole dish: Bottom- rice, then shredded chicken. Next layer would be the sauce. Top layer is the crackers.
Place in oven for 30 minutes or when the sides are bubbling. Enjoy!! I haven't met anyone yet who doesn't like the recipe.
