This meal can be made with chicken breast or portions.
You can change the veg you add to the dish.
Heat the oil in a pan.
Sprinkle the chicken with salt, pepper & basil.
Brown the chicken.
Remove to a dish.
Fry the garlic & peas in the same pan as the chicken.
Place the peas on top of the chicken.
Cook out the flour for a min.
Pour a little of the milk into the flour mixture.
Cook out until thickened.
Continue to add milk until all the milk is used.
Add the basil into the sauce, cook out for a few mins.
Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Place in the oven 200 degrees for approximately 40 mins, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over pasta or rice.
