Chicken & Bacon Bake
This is a copy version of the Costco chicken bake.
It is quite easy to make.
You could probably use bought dough & already cooked chicken & bacon to save time.

You Will Need

Step 1Crust...
Mix all crust ingredients together.
Knead until smooth.

Step 2Set aside on an oiled tray to rise for approximately 30 mins.

Step 3Knock back the dough.
Knead a little & cut into portions.

Step 4Roll out each portion.

Step 5Filling...
Cut the chicken into cubes.

Step 6Add the bacon & stir through.

Step 7Add the dressing.
Stir through.

Step 8Place the filling into the crust.

Step 9Add the mozzarella.
Seal the edges with egg.

Step 10Cut the top & bottom of the parcel straight.
Brush the top of the parcels with some dressing.

Step 11Heat oven 190 degrees.
Bake for approximately 15-20 mins.
