This is a great dish to make ahead.
You can add any veg you like.
Great for serving a crowd.

Step 1Cook the pasta.

Step 2Cook the chicken until cooked through.

Step 3Add the veg to the chicken.
Cook for 5 mins until the veg is softened.

Step 4Add the pasata, chicken stock & purée to the pot.
Bring to the boil.

Step 5Add the oregano.
Stir through.
Cook out until the sauce thickens.

Step 6Add the mushrooms.
Cook for a few mins.

Step 7Add the sauce to the cooked pasta.
Stir through.

Step 8Pour into a dish.

Step 9Top with cheese & melt.

Step 10Serve.
