This chicken is crisp on top & nice & moist inside.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 190 degrees. Place chicken into a dish. Coat the top of the chicken with mayonnaise.

2. 

   Sprinkle the top with the breadcrumbs.

3. 

   Sprinkle the herbs on top.

4. 

   Bake the chicken in the oven for 35 mins until cooked through.

5. 

   Serve.
