Oatmeal with chia seeds, walnuts and maple syrup!
Begin by cooking your oatmeal in the normal way but stir in the coconut oil along with the milk or water.
One cooked, splash with a little almond milk.
Stir in the chia seeds.
Crumble over the walnuts.
Serve with a little maple syrup to sweeten to your taste.
