You will need

1 cup Butter 1 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Brown Sugar 1 Egg 2 tsp Vanilla 1 2/3 cup Plain Flour 1 tsp Cinnamon 3/4 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1/8 tsp Baking Powder 1/8 tsp Nutmeg 1 1/2 cup Oats

Soft & chewy cookies.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Cream butter & sugars together.

2. 

   Add egg & vanilla. Stir through.

3. 

   Mix in the flour, cinnamon, bicarb, salt, baking powder & nutmeg.

4. 

   Fold in the oats.

5. 

   Spoon onto the tray. Bake for 8-10 mins. Cool on the tray.

6. 

   Serve.
