Quick and easy recipe to hit the spot. These cookies are best eaten when freshly cooled from the oven.

You will need

3 cup Butter softened 3 cup Brown Sugar 1 cup Granulated Sugar 1 Egg(s) 2 tsp Vanilla Essence 2 cup Plain Flour 2 tsp Corn Flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Quick and easy recipe to hit the spot. These cookies are best eaten when freshly cooled from the oven.

Instructions

1. 

   Pre heat oven Gas mark 4. Cream butter & sugar together. Add egg & vanilla.

2. 

   Add flour, cornflour, baking soda, salt in 3 additions.

3. 

   Mix in chocolate chips.

4. 

   Drop tablespoon sized balls onto sheet pan approx 2 inch apart.

5. 

   Bake for 10 mins. let cool on tray for 5 mins then tranfer to wire rack. Cookies are at there best eaten straight away. Yummy!!!!!
