Get out all the stuff.
Dip the cotton swab (you know, the thing you use to clean your ear :P) in the red polish, and dab the dots on your nail. You can alternate between a double cherry or just one. My friend did this for me, so you can choose to have someone to it for you or by yourself.
Paint the stems!
