These are a dessert version of the savoury Chebureki.
You can add any fruit filling you wish.
Make the Chebureki dough. The recipe is on my projects.
Cut the dough into small rounds.
Brush with beaten egg.
Fill with cherries.
Fold over & seal the dough.
Fry the Chebureki for a few mins on each side until golden brown.
Drain on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle with icing sugar
