These are a dessert version of the savoury Chebureki.
You can add any fruit filling you wish.

You Will Need

Step 1Make the Chebureki dough. The recipe is on my projects.
Cut the dough into small rounds.

Step 2Brush with beaten egg.
Fill with cherries.

Step 3Fold over & seal the dough.

Step 4Heat oil.
Fry the Chebureki for a few mins on each side until golden brown.

Step 5Drain on kitchen paper.
Sprinkle with icing sugar

Step 6Serve.
