You can eat with or without the frosting.
Heat oven 160 degrees.
Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt & bicarb.
Melt together the butter, chocolate & sugar.
Add eggs & vanilla.
Stir to combine.
Mix wet & dry ingredients together.
Fold in the cherries.
Pour into a tin.
Bake for 35-40 mins.
Mix the cream cheese & butter together.
Add the icing sugar.
Add milk & vanilla.
Fold in the Cherries.
Spread frosting onto brownies.
Cut & serve.
