Chermoula paste/marinade/sauce is really versatile and adds so much flavour and punch to so many dishes. It is great with fish, chicken, vegetables. The quantity in this recipe will be enough for a dish for 4 people, but if you double the quantites and store any leftovers in an air tight container in the fridge for a week and add to whatever you like.
In the picture above we have added it to a potato, leaf and olive salad, it is immediately transformed into a wonderful flavousome salad. Try it with chickpeas and roast veg, mix into roast vegetables and cous cous – it perks everything up.
