Step 1Heat oven 190 degrees.
Fry the onion & mushrooms in a little oil & butter.

Step 2Add garlic.
Cook for a few minutes.
Remove from pan & place half the mushrooms in a dish.

Step 3Heat a little oil & butter.
Coat the chicken in garlic powder, paprika & Italian seasoning.
Fry until browned.
Remove & place chicken on top of the mushrooms.

Step 4Top the chicken with the remaining mushrooms.
Pour in the stock.

Step 5Sprinkle with cheese & parsley.
Bake for 15-20 mins until chicken is cooked through.

Step 6Serve.
