Cheesy Chicken & mushrooms
Moist & juicy chicken.
Full of flavour.
Heat oven 190 degrees.
Fry the onion & mushrooms in a little oil & butter.
Cook for a few minutes.
Remove from pan & place half the mushrooms in a dish.
Heat a little oil & butter.
Coat the chicken in garlic powder, paprika & Italian seasoning.
Fry until browned.
Remove & place chicken on top of the mushrooms.
Top the chicken with the remaining mushrooms.
Pour in the stock.
Sprinkle with cheese & parsley.
Bake for 15-20 mins until chicken is cooked through.
