Cheesecake Flan

Tasty cream caramel dessert.

It's better if you can leave it in the fridge to set overnight.

You Will Need (7 things)

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 230 g Cream Cheese
  • 5 Eggs Room temp
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tin Condensed Milk (14 oz/397 g)
  • 1 tin Evaporated Milk (12 oz/350 g)

Steps (8 steps, 60 minutes)

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Heat sugar & lemon juice until golden.

    Pour into a tin.

    Set aside.

    Whisk the cream cheese until smooth.

    Add eggs, one at a time.

    Add vanilla.

    Mix through.

    Add condensed milk.

    Mix together.

    Add evaporated milk.

    Mix through.

    Pour mixture over caramel.

    Place in a ban Marie.

    Bake for 45-50 mins until cooked through.

    Cool completely.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hrs but best overnight.

    Turn upside down.

    Cut & serve.
