You will need

3 Easter Eggs 150 g Chocolate Digestives 60 g Butter Melted 100 g Icing Sugar 400 g Cream Cheese 200 g Chocolate

These are really popular right now. Easy to make.

Instructions

1. 

   Place eggs on a tray.

2. 

   Mix together biscuit & butter. Scoop into bottom of egg shell.

3. 

   Melt chocolate.

4. 

   Mix together Sugar & cheese.

5. 

   Add a little of the cheese to the chocolate. Mix together.

6. 

   Add chocolate to remaining cheese. Mix through.

7. 

   Fill egg shells with cheesecake mixture. Place in fridge for at least 4 hrs.

8. 

   Top with your choice of topping. Serve.
