Cheese Quesadillas

I made burritos for my boyfriend and I last night, and had lots of salsa, tortilla and mexican rice left over.

So today for lunch I made a Quesadilla with my own salsa in (which is made from cutting up two tomatoes, with half a red onion and adding coriander) and then mexican rice (which I made by adding coriander and lime juice to boiled rice) I put them all together in a Quesadilla with cheese and tabasco and then maybe had to make another because it was soooo good.
