Perfect for a party, this tangy dip combines Fourpure Amber Ale with cheese and mustard.

You will need

400 g Cheese 125 ml Milk 3 tbsp Butter 3 tbsp Flour ½ Can Amber Ale Beer 3 tbsp Whole Grain Mustard 2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Salt Pepper

Perfect for a party, this tangy dip combines Fourpure Amber Ale with cheese and mustard.

Instructions

1. 

   Heat together the butter and flour and mix into a roux.

2. 

   Add the milk and stir until mixed with no lumpy bits.

3. 

   Add the beer.

4. 

   Whisk in the Worcestershire Sauce.

5. 

   Whisk in the cheese and mustard.

6. 

   Cook for a few minutes until the cheese has all melted and the sauce has thickened. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

7. 

   Serve with chips and beer.
