• 

  Step 1

  Take your charm and glue a jump ring to the top or center of it. I used a broken hair clip for mine, but you can use anything you want. If you can't find anything lying around, try making your own charms from beads!

• 

  Step 2

  Connect another jump ring and a jewelery clasp to the charm.

• 

  Step 3

  Clip the charm onto the center of the chain. Then add a jump ring & jewelery clasp to the ends of the chain and connect them.

• 

  Step 4

  Repeat steps 1 & 2 to make several charms. Change them whenever you'd like, or wear them all at once!

Cat, I was always doing the same thing but in the end I'd always ruin the jump ring and need to insert a new one. This way I won't have to keep wasting money on new ones. & thank you R3n331.

This is a great idea. I have the perfect chain and I'm always opening up it's jump ring to change my charm but it would be really easy with this technique.
